Get recommended by Amazon's AI shopping assistant
Amazon's assistant, now called Alexa for Shopping (formerly Rufus), answers shopper questions by reading your listing, A+ content, reviews and Q&A. We make sure it understands your products well enough to recommend them.

Ranking for a keyword is no longer enough
A shopper who asks "what is a good gift for a 10-year-old who likes science?" never types your keyword. The assistant has to match your product to that need from what your listing says. Listings written for keyword stuffing often leave it guessing.
- Listing as a knowledge source. Titles and bullets that state who the product is for, the problem it solves and when to use it.
- Complete attributes. Backend fields and category attributes filled accurately, because missing data is read as a missing answer.
- A+ content with real text. Image-heavy modules rebuilt with readable copy the assistant can use.
- Question coverage. The common shopper questions answered directly in your content.
- Review themes. What reviewers say most often, and how to address the objections that keep coming up.
- Catalog tracking. Which of your products the assistant recommends for your priority shopping questions, checked monthly.
Beyond Amazon
The same approach carries over to AI features on other marketplaces and to shopping answers in ChatGPT and Google, which increasingly pull product data from the same listings and reviews.

A story from our work
- The problem
Buyers asking for deep two-player strategy games were only shown 15-year-old classics. The publisher's new releases were overlooked.
- What we found
Game mechanics, complexity ratings and two-player rules were missing from machine-readable listings.
- What we did
Structured mechanics, player counts and complexity into schema, updated Amazon catalog classifications, and earned playthrough reviews from tabletop channels.
