The EASY framework
Four things an AI assistant needs before it will recommend a brand, and the order we work on them. Entity, Answers, Sources, Yield.
Entity
AI has to be sure who you are before it will name you.
Answers
Your content has to answer the question, not just contain the keyword.
Sources
Other people have to vouch for you in places AI trusts.
Yield
It only counts if it shows up in answers and in sales.
E is for Entity
AI assistants build an understanding of your brand from everything they can find: your website, marketplace listings, social profiles, directories, press and reviews. If those sources disagree about what you sell, where you sell it or who it is for, the assistant is less confident, and less confident assistants name someone else.
What we do
- Audit how AI tools currently describe your brand, and correct what is wrong
- Align your name, category, product facts and claims across every owned profile
- Add Organization, Product, Review and FAQ structured data
- Publish an llms.txt file and check AI crawlers are allowed to read your site
A is for Answers
Buyers ask AI full questions: which one is best for sensitive skin, what is a good option under $40, how does this compare with that. Pages written around a single keyword rarely answer those directly. We map the questions that matter in your category and rebuild content so the answer is stated clearly, early and in a form an assistant can quote.
What we do
- Build your prompt map: the questions your buyers ask, grouped by intent
- Rewrite product, category and listing copy answer-first
- Create comparison pages, buyer guides and FAQ content for the gaps
- Make sure prices, specs and availability are stated plainly and kept current
S is for Sources
When an assistant recommends a product, it leans on what others say: review sites, round-up articles, forums, communities, marketplaces and press. We find the specific sources that get cited for your prompts, then work to get your brand represented in them honestly.
What we do
- Map the sites and threads AI cites for your priority prompts
- Run digital PR and outreach to publications and round-up lists
- Build review programs on your site and marketplaces
- Establish a genuine presence in relevant communities
Y is for Yield
Visibility is a means, not the goal. Every month we test the same prompts in the same way, report your share of answers against competitors, and connect AI-referred visits to revenue in your analytics. AI answers change as models update and content ages, so anything that slips gets refreshed.
What we measure
- Share of answers per assistant, against named competitors
- Which of your pages get cited, and whether facts about you are accurate
- AI-referred sessions, conversions and revenue
- Content freshness, with a refresh schedule for priority pages
From framework to plan
EASY is how we think. The levels are how you buy it: start with Entity and Answers, then add Sources, shopping and full Yield as you grow.
